CHOCOLATE-DIPPED MANGO WEDGES
We're crazy for mangoes at the moment. They're super delicious this season. Totally not local but such a treat.
Besides their amazing taste, mangoes have TONS of health benefits. Their high levels of fiber, antioxidants, and vitamin C make them great for digestion, lowering cholesterol, nourishing the skin, and boosting the immune system. Yes, please.
These chocolate-dipped mango wedges are fun snacks for a gathering, and super simple to make.

1 large organic mango, sliced into about 1-inch wedges
Local bee pollen
Raw cacao nibs
Raw hemp seeds (seeds or chopped nuts of your choice)
- Melt chocolate bars in a double boiler on low-medium heat (to prevent from burning chocolate and changing flavor).
- Slice mango and insert skewer into each piece. Dip into melted chocolate and sprinkle desired toppings over it. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and continue until you've dipped all the slices. Transfer baking sheet to freezer for 5-10 minutes, until chocolate has firmed up.
- Enjoy! These store pretty well in the refrigerator for up to 2 days in an air-tight container.
