TWO-INGREDIENT RASPBERRY SORBET
We're just loving summer and the abundance of pretty foods!
Making these simple treats lately have really allowed me time to slow down and take breaks from the busy day-to-day. I believe that creating space for making our own meals and snacks really connects us back to ourselves and our purpose. It's a form of physical, mental, and emotional nourishment. I also don't have hours to spare every day for preparing my own meals, so I keep things as simple and delicious as possible.
If you're like me and prefer ice cream that's packed with true ingredients that will leave you feeling really good, try out making your own at home. It's the best!
1 large frozen banana
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 Tablespoon filtered water
1 IGNITE Live A Lot Chocolate Bar, melted
- Place frozen fruit and water in a high-speed blender and blend until well combined and smooth (ice cream consistency). Use blender tamper to push things around while blending, or stop blender a few times and scrape sides with a spatula.
- Serve immediately and drizzle melted chocolate on top. Chocolate will harden pretty quickly, you can even do a full chocolate shell.
