There are so many reasons why we love cacao. Time and time again, we see how cacao helps to transform lives in BIG ways. In addition to being a heart-opening superfood, cacao contains anandamide which has euphoric-inducing properties. In other words, cacao has the power to make you a happier (as well as healthier) human! And if there is one goal we have at Live A Lot, it is to help create a happier and healthier world. - Enhances energy/vitality. It comes as no surprise that cacao is an aphrodisiac; it contains phenethylamine, which releases endorphins commonly associated with love and sex. We are all for Living (and loving) A Lot! Additionally, the magnesium in cacao energizes and helps fight fatigue.
